Away We Grow Childcare Inc. is governed by a parent board of directors that hold monthly meetings and engage in open conversation with each other and staff. It is the board’s responsibility to make policies, procedures, documents, and decisions that support the philosophy and goals of the center. We encourage any parent who would like to contribute to the operation of the center to come to our annual general meeting and/or join the board of directors. An annual general meeting is held once a year in the Fall. It is at that time that new members are elected for the coming year.
